Hi, my name is Phil and I am the webmaster at beerinthemaking. I have been brewing my own beer for quite a while now and love doing it. Furthermore, I love drinking it as well! Well, don’t we all?
My favourite beers are Belgian beers, especially the Lambics.
As for British beers, I am a real ale fan and enjoy making bitter at home. In the pubs, my favourite local beer is Harvey’s Best Bitter from my local Harveys brewery in Lewes, West Sussex.
I am also fortunate to live near the Dark Star brewery, and enjoy just about anything they brew.
